A. Surfing
Oahu is known for having some of the best waves in the world. From the Seven Mile Miracle on the North shore, boasting waves like Pipeline and Waimea, to the south shore with world-class Waikiki and Diamond head. The West side has more classic breaks like Makaha. From beginners to experts there’s something for everyone on this island. During the winter months, the 1-2 foot waves in Waikiki are best for beginners.
B. Hiking
You really don’t get better views than hikes on Oahu. Some of our favorites include Koko Head on the south side of the island, Manoa Falls in Manoa and the pillbox hike in Kailua.

A. Waikiki Beach
This beach is perfect for families and kids and also a perfect spot for a sunset picnic or surf. Nestled along the south shore of Oahu, Waikiki Beach has surfboard rentals, access to great bars and restaurants and is within walking distance to some of the best hotels on the island.
B. Lanikai Beach
This is another perfect beach for families and kids. Located on the East side of Oahu in Kailua, Lanikai is a beautiful white sand beach with incredible snorkeling and kayaking. Known for it’s crystal clear water and view of the Mokolua Islands.

B. The Sunrise Shack
Don’t miss Oahu’s most picturesque yellow shack known for it’s delicious smoothies and acas bowls. With locations in Waikiki and the North Shore, the Sunrise shack is your go-too for a healthy breakfast or lunch.
C. ARVO
ARVO has to be one of the tastiest places on the island. From incredible matcha to avocado toast, this is an excellent spot for breakfast or lunch.
